Our role is travel and documentation assistance. Your service dog’s task training, your review, and your signed attestations are the foundation.
Meet your real coordinators ↗This service is for people with disabilities traveling with dogs individually trained to perform disability-related tasks. Owner-trained dogs can qualify. Emotional support alone and dogs still in training do not qualify as service animals under U.S. air-travel rules.
We review what your airline and route require, prepare a clear plan, and help you stay ahead of deadlines.
With your permission, we can clarify training details with you or your trainer and check veterinary information. No purchased certificate, registry, or special vest creates service-dog status.

Our fee covers assistance, not transportation or service-dog certification. Airfare, veterinary care, government fees, supplies, and any additional import/export work are separate. International requirements need individual review before scope and price are confirmed.
Before paid work begins, we provide a service disclosure through SignWell. It explains the scope, fee, authorizations, and our role as an independent third-party concierge.
You review all information we prepare, confirm its accuracy, and sign the required attestations yourself. We don’t diagnose, train, certify, or transport your dog, and we don’t sign as the handler.
Not satisfied with our assistance? We refund 100% of your concierge and setup fees paid to us.
Airline acceptance, airport screening, flight operations, and your dog’s behavior remain outside our control. We cannot guarantee boarding or a journey without disruptions. Third-party charges and store purchases are outside this assistance-fee guarantee.
Talk through your trip with us ↗No. We assist with airline paperwork and the airline’s designated portal, where used. Airline portal IDs are administrative records, not legal certification, public-access rights, or guaranteed acceptance.
DOT does not require a purchased training certificate. Owner-trained service dogs can qualify. The forms ask for training information, including trainer contact details; this may be the handler when self-trained. We can help verify details with your permission.
Yes. Our service is optional. DOT forms are available free through airlines, and airlines must provide form assistance to passengers unable to complete them due to a disability. Our fee is for personalized coordination, planning, and support.
Start early. Airlines can generally require submission up to 48 hours before departure for bookings made more than 48 hours ahead. Last-minute bookings have different rules. International travel may need much more preparation; we check your route individually.
